Labeled and ready to sell.  We will have 6 jars of our first test batch of our new Smokey Garlic Pepper Jelly to sell at the Bonners Ferry Farmers Market this Saturday as well as samples to get your comments & suggestions before our next test batch.  This first batch has BIG Garlic Flavor.  From my test sampling first you taste the Smokey & Spicy Chipotle Pepper flavor followed by a strong garlic flavor.  A Garlic Lovers Dream.  It was perfect on a turkey sandwich I had this week and can't wait to try it on the Grill.
