Hours of Operation

As our business is currenty a home-based business, our normal available hours are:

Monday-Friday 3pm - 8pm Pacific     Saturday & Sunday 9am - 8pm Pacific. 

If we are unavailable please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed online will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of payment. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. If placed with our Local Delivery/ Pick-up option please contact us by phone or by e-mail  to arrange delivery/pick-up. At this time we can only accept orders shipped to the USA & Canada.

Privacy & Security

At the Sweet Heat Company, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Our website uses the Lock icon  on all pages that are encrypted for data security. The lock icon means that the page is encrypted using SSL "Secure Socket Layer". This is the same level encryption used by financial institutions for sending private financial data. .

Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted within 14 days of shipment. Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded. For orders that arrive damaged please contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days to arrange replacements or a credit for the damaged product.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment by Check, Money Order, & the following Credit/Debit Cards/Paypal. 

Prices listed on our website are final upon order completion. Coupon Codes, Promotional Pricing, and any other discounts must be applied before your order is completed.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale prices are available to businesses retailing our products. Wholesale orders must be in full case (12) quantities, though we will accept mixed case quantities of 4 or 6 each flavor. Wholesale orders are shipped FOB Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Orders with delivery addresses within 125 miles of Bonners Ferry, Idaho will be delivered free on our monthly delivery route.
